Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Compliance and integrity

• Comply with all applicable laws, permits, contract requirements and recognised industry standards.
• Prohibit bribery, facilitation payments, fraud, kickbacks, money laundering and improper gifts or hospitality.
• Disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest and maintain accurate books, records and invoices.
• Comply with applicable sanctions, export controls, customs rules and competition laws.

2. Human rights and labour

• Prohibit forced, bonded, trafficked, prison and child labour.
• Verify legal working age and protect young workers from hazardous work.
• Provide lawful wages, benefits, working hours, rest and freedom of association.
• Maintain a workplace free from harassment, abuse and unlawful discrimination.
• Respect migrant, temporary and agency workers; do not retain identity documents or charge unlawful recruitment fees.

3. Health and safety

• Provide a safe and healthy workplace supported by risk assessment, training, supervision, guarding and appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Control high-risk activities including lifting, hot work, confined space, electrical work, work at height, transport and hazardous substances.
• Prepare for emergencies, report incidents promptly and implement corrective action.
• Empower every worker to stop unsafe work without retaliation.

4. Environment

• Comply with environmental permits and controls.
• Prevent pollution and manage emissions, wastewater, noise, chemicals and waste responsibly.
• Improve energy, water and material efficiency and reduce unnecessary packaging, scrap and rework.
• Protect biodiversity and communities where operations may create material impacts.

5. Quality and traceability

• Meet approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans and change-control requirements.
• Maintain material, process, inspection and certificate traceability for the required period.
• Use only approved sources and disclose subcontracting or material substitution before implementation.
• Report non-conformities honestly, contain risk and complete root-cause corrective action.

6. Information, IP and data

• Protect confidential information, personal data, drawings, software and intellectual property.
• Use information only for the authorised project purpose and restrict access to personnel who need it.
• Maintain reasonable cybersecurity, backup, access and incident-response controls.
• Notify Granden promptly of suspected loss, unauthorised disclosure or cyber incident.

7. Supply-chain responsibility

Suppliers must communicate equivalent expectations to relevant sub-suppliers and remain responsible for their performance. Material origin, responsible-minerals, modern-slavery or other due-diligence information must be provided when requested.

8. Monitoring and concerns

Granden may request evidence, assessments, corrective-action plans or reasonable access for audit, subject to confidentiality and contract terms. Suspected violations should be reported to sales@grandenglobal.com. Good-faith reporting must not result in retaliation.

9. Consequences

Failure to meet this code may result in corrective action, suspension of new work or termination, taking account of severity, cooperation, legal obligations and customer requirements.
